The Operation Wallacea (OPWALL) Expedition is one step closer to the jungles and coral reefs of Indonesia after a very successful, if slightly homicidal, murder mystery dinner party recently!
Our brilliant GCSE drama students formed the cast and put on a thoroughly entertaining display of murderous antics and mayhem, technical support was provided by Sam Parks and Alex Farley Y11.
The Transylvanian Trap was set, the bodies piled up, and Inspector Drake Ular (James Hall - actor / director and OPWALL team member) solved the puzzle with the help of parents and friends. The rest of the OPWALL team ran the raffle, cake stall and a blood curdling mocktail bar.
Thanks to all involved and especially our fantastic kitchen staff who supplied a wonderful three course meal, the drama department for supporting after school rehearsals in the drama studio and finally our caretakers for their help and for locking up after all the blood was mopped off the stage!
