A big well done to our superb March Sports Stars who have been awarded for their commitment and effort in PE.
Year 7
Olly always shows excellent commitment in lessons and acts as a a wonderful role model to his peers. He attends extra-curricular clubs and has been selected for the under 12 district football team.
Year 8
George is a superb student. During lessons he shows great sportsmanship and respect to his peers and staff, he has exemplary manners and regularly attends extra-curricular clubs. He also represents the Year 8 football team.
Year 9
Sophie always gives 100% effort in all core PE and GCSE PE lessons. She is kind and always willing top help her peers and staff. Sophie represents the Year 9 girls football club and attends other extra-curricular clubs too.
Year 10
George is a fantastic student who is happy to take part in any sport and will give his all, he is respectful to all staff and peers. He is also the Tyne, Tees and Wear regional boxing champion in his weight category!
Year 11
11A – We wanted to say thank you and a huge well done to Year 11. During their PE lessons, students use the time to take part in sports to improve their physical and mental wellbeing in this difficult year. They have really impressed us with their enthusiasm and effort.
