Monday Marvels
Our two Monday Marvels this week are Amelia and Marcus. Both students always put in a fantastic level of effort and show brilliant attitudes to learning. Amelia and Marcus have really stood out over the past week to the Year 7 team. Keep up the hard work!
Wednesday Winners
This week's Wednesday Winners are Sam and Jasmine!
Both students have been nominated by the Year 9 team for always meeting school standards and expectations. Both students have 100% attendance, no negative behaviour points and have been recognised as having excellent behaviour by all of their teachers! Sam has also been awarded a lapel pin for his enthusiasm and dedication in D&T. He can't wait to continue with his studies in this subject next year... Jasmine has achieved a gold certificate for receiving a large amount of Laurea Stamps. She absolutely loves PE and can't wait to take BTEC sport in Year 10. Well done to both students - you have made the year team very proud!
Great Eights
This week's Great Eights are Josh and Millie!
Josh has impressed us with both his academic achievement and his attitude to school in general, especially in overcoming a recent injury. Josh has shown how determined he is to succeed by not allowing setbacks to impact his engagement and enjoyment in school.
Millie is one of our most reliable students in the year group - she often volunteers to support others and represent her year group, recently getting involved in an inter-schools book quiz award. Millie always gives her best and shows real determination and resilience in all activities.
Well done both - keep up the good work!
