Hospitality and catering is new to the Key Stage 4 pathways options, and this year’s students are already showing potential!
Students stayed back after a long day at school recently to help out at open evening to tell prospective students and parents about the Hermitage Academy and show off their culinary skills.
Students made mini lemon meringue pie (pictured), gingerbread biscuits and ice cream; needless to say, they were one of the most popular destinations of the evening!
