Kim Hardy

Kim started at Hermitage Academy as a teacher of PE in 2008, having completed her training in the West Midlands. After becoming an assistant Head of Year in 2010, Kim became Head of Year 10 in 2011.

Kim is currently Assistant Headteacher with the responsibility of Year 11. Her main responsibilities include supporting Year 11 both pastorally and academically. Alongside being Head of Year, Kim is responsible for overseeing the vocational subjects within the academy, and more recently the addition of prefects.

Kim has multiple years of experience and vast knowledge of KS4. Kim is passionate about supporting students and endeavours to create relationships and an environment which allows students to grow.
