Dance

Dance is a subject that encourages students to work with others; developing communication skills and the ability to work in a team. It can also play a major role in the development of the whole child by developing confidence, memory and creativity.

Year 10 Dance: VQ RSL Creative and Performing Arts Award

  • Completion of mock controlled assessment
  • Completion of Controlled assessment

  • Planning for a live performance
  • Identifying personal aims;
  • Devising for a performance and demonstrating skills;
  • Incorporating taught skills into performance, rehearsing and modifying
  • Performance: reviewing and reflecting; presenting a review
