Computing

The world of technology is evolving on a daily basis. Our pathway for students will allow them to pursue an option in either ICT or computer science. Our current KS3 offering gives the opportunity for our learners to develop the relevant skills and interest to choose which path they would wish to pursue. Form programming with microbits to developing applications and animations there is scope to interest all.

GCSE students will have the opportunity to develop this interest further through the practical BTEC qualification or through computer science with a view to progress to sixth form for further study.
