If you answered yes to any of these, then we think joining our Enterprise Club is for you. The Enterprise Club is a chance to explore and develop your business and enterprise skills. It could be that you are looking to develop ways of raising funds or to help support local charities. Either way, developing your skills in a business environment will always be useful in the future and could uncover an interest that you never knew you had. There are additional opportunities to possibly develop these skills in challenges the school will offer.
As a school, we are always looking for budding entrepreneurs. In 2021, one of our talented Year 10 business students, Luke, was the Key Stage 4 winner of the prestigious Be the Future competition. Luke completed the challenge during remote learning and staff were blown away by his amazing idea. Be the Future is in partnership with the Peter Jones Foundation, the competition challenged students to addresses a social or environmental issue. As a result, Luke won a range of ethically sourced prizes and attended a virtual meeting with Mary Otumahana who is an award-winning entrepreneur and musician.
